Services We Provide
There is an additional fee for delivery of your party supplies, as well as set-up and breakdown fees. Specially equipped containers are provided for flatware, china, glassware, etc. to ensure that your items arrive sterilized, undamaged, sparking, and table ready. We check every item before it leaves the warehouse. We look carefully for scratches or imperfections. We keep a meticulous list, which we use for breakdown as well. Please ensure everything is returned just as it was delivered. If you are opting for delivery, please make advance arrangements by informing security guards or unlocking gates so that we can adhere to a punctual schedule. There is an additional charge for re-pickup or re-delivery ($10 minimum).
Party items should be returned in a condition similar to which they were deliver. Please ensure are items are cleaned prior to pick-up. China, flatware, and glassware should be washed, free of food, and repackaged in the same containers in which it was delivered. Linen should be refuse free and dried thoroughly to prevent staining and mildew. Tables and chairs should be broken down and stacked. Items not meeting these conditions are subject to additional charges ($10 minimum).
Loss or Damage
The responsibility of the party rental items falls upon the lessee from the time of delivery to the time of return. Our insurance policy will not cover equipmentwhen it is out on rental. Please be sure the party rental equipment is secure and protected from the weather. We do charge for missing, broken, or rain damaged items. Refundable deposits are required.
Reservations, Rental Fees, and Cancellations
Party Explosion requires an advanced, refundable deposit in order to confirm your order. We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. All rental charges and deposits must be paid in full upon delivery. Credit card payments must be made in advance. Equipment cancellations must be made at least 72 working hours prior to delivery date and one week in advance of major holidays. Failure to meet this requirement will result in a cancellation fee, which is based upon the items rented ($10 minimum).
